Stanislaus County sheriff blasts state prison program
News 10 — The Modesto Police Department and Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office both are making it clear this week they're not happy with the state's prison realignment process.
"Immediately, we're seeing an increase in property crimes and in violent crimes," Sheriff Adam Christianson said.
His comments came after Modesto police officials released a statement describing the elements of a "drug deal gone bad" Tuesday that led to four people being shot in Modesto and in Ceres.

Well, it dosent matter what they think or feel, AB109 isnt going anywhere. I dont know why they are surprized, criminals do what they know best.
Yes you are right about that ab109 isn't going any where but you my friend are a dumb ass for that comment. If the lames who put ab109 together can see what mess this is causing the state then these criminals wouldn't be on the streets. You my friend must be a Yes man!

I believe if enough public outcry they will rescind AB109.

Actually, I've always had a rather extensive vocabulary, not to mention a phenomenal grasp of grammar and a superlative command of syntax. I simply chose not to employ them. With to snaps and a twist.
