The good news is that I will not be prosecuted for misappropriation of union funds for personal gain. I appreciate the union members NOT standing against me, making it easier for me to abuse my position".
Seems as if good 'ol MJ has learned from Ted Danson (AKA Suckretary Cates) and became another political 'yes man' to ensure his position as a free man. Must be nice to be a union leader (or department chief) and don't fight for your constituents.

We all see that your loyalties are not to the membership MJ, do us all a favor and step down and take all the yes men with you.
We need to come up with a way, to not just go fairshare, but to disband from this union altogether.
CCPOA is a joke of a union. I pay $80 a month for nothing. Mike Jiminez is nothing but a jackass that doesn't even defend his union members for shit. He sells us down the river and just lets the governor do whatever he wants, just like he did when Arnold was governor. Everything about our union is a damn joke. Especially the union attorneys that supposedly represent us. I was involved in an OIA investigation a couple years ago and my supposed attorney from the union just sat there while I was being badgered by a dirtbag inmate loving investigator for 2 hours and didn't say a damn word. If I had hired a private attorney I guarantee he would have done some talking. I have had it with this powerless union.
Let's stop talking people, and get the Teamsters in for a vote! CCPOA is corrupt with all there by laws it's a fixed system that keeps the dirtbags in office!! We have to work together as a whole to move forward! Everyone wants everyone else to fix the system it starts with us!! The state has got themselves in a little jam cause some idiot don't know how to run a state! Ok standardizing staffing levels so we can still run things safetly and still runn programs stop right there FUCK inmate programs the state is making our future our kids lose out on programs and school funding so they can run prison programs for inmates like yoga are you serious yoga someone done bumped their head California has got their priorities all screwed up. If your not wearing orange or blue the state don't give a damn about you that's real talk you feel me! Neither does MJ.
lets not forget Cal Poly who is also doing business with the inmates. They give these dirt bags free education, well its not free we the working people pay for it.Im tired of this Fu@ked up state their priorities are all messed up!

The message I want to read from Jimenez is something along the lines of, For the good of the CCPOA membership I am immediately resigning from my post as president of the union. Maybe the phonies will ride his coat tails out the door as well for the good of all.
