If the CCPOA were doing their job, this whole AB109 BS wouldn't be taking place right now. They would have saw this mess coming, and fought it tooth and nail.
They sold us out, bottom line. Time for the 33 prisons officers to go Fair Share and send a message!
Make this right, or we dismantle you!
Amen brother!! They are just paying the sheriffs to do our work, and the state might even give L.A county 1 billion so they can upgrade men's central jail. That's a new prison, it would prob cost less to transform the empty prisons we have all over the state.
CCPOA is on the brink of bankruptcy, its only going to get worse. They don't have enough money to fight pension reform!!
They were losing lawsuits and not really caring. Because the current ones in charge of the union are a bunch of jack asses, who were squandering your money away on personal luxuries.
All the while, they were going bankrupt. Go Fair Share guys, I'm telling you.
I feel a supplemental dues increase coming on!!! Probably somewhere around $40.00
